- Example: Ndovu anjuuya ya meza
- Translated: The elephant is on the table
I know, I know its not a realistic sentence but still. He also got us two Swahili learning study books (1st grade books lol), an English to Swahili Dictionary, two books with just Swahili sentences for us to read, and a newspaper.
After Swahili lessons we continued with coloring the curriculum for the Sunday school classes. It takes us about 3 hours to color a 20 page book then another half hour to glue it to poster board.
After that we ate lunch and just hungout. We went out into the yard and did some core workouts then played with the dogs and chased the birds. Danika also became quite interested in a funny blue lizard that climbed on the tree and bobbed its head at us.
Tomorrow we have Swahili then we are going out to lunch with missionary Connie.
Thursday we are going to the Bible Institute to teach one of the lessons that we colored.
And thats how our day was. How was yours??
